Hypnosis is a light trance state which is obtained by suggestion and imagery. With suggestion I can introduce behavioural changes to improve your life. When you come along for an Hypnotherapy session, you will have a choice of a couch or a recliner chair, whichever you feel most comfortable with. You will be asked questions about what you want to achieve from the sessions, to enable me to ascertain what is needed. You will remain conscious and aware at all times during the Hypnosis and you can come out of the state of Hypnosis at any time if you decide to do so. I will not Hypnotise you, you Hypnotise yourself. You remain in complete control, I am only there to guide you. Many people under Hypnosis feel that it has not worked on them because they do not feel Hypnotised, but I can assure you it does work. |
